Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By installing or using the CryptoSeed application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
The app is developed and maintained by S2 Tech Services LTDA, registered under Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 65.592.643/0001-17, headquartered in Brasília/DF, Brazil ("S2 Tech Services").
2. Service description
CryptoSeed is an Android application for offline encryption of cryptocurrency wallet seed phrases. The app is available in a Free version (free of charge, with usage limits) and a Pro version (paid subscription, no limits).
3. Pro version — Subscription
The Pro version is sold as a recurring subscription processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. The available plans are:
- Pro 6 months — auto-renewing subscription every 6 months
- Pro 12 months — auto-renewing subscription every 12 months
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation can be done at any time under Google Play → Subscriptions.
4. Refund policy
Refunds are processed according to the Google Play refund rules. For refund requests, contact Google Play support or contato@cryptoseed.com.br within 48 hours of the charge.
5. User responsibilities
The user is entirely responsible for:
- Safely storing the QR Code generated by the app — it is the only backup of the encrypted seed phrase
- Choosing and memorising the encryption password — the app does not store passwords and they cannot be recovered
- Ensuring the device in use is secure (no root, no malicious apps)
- Not sharing the QR Code with unauthorised third parties
6. Limitation of liability
CryptoSeed is a tool to assist with personal security. S2 Tech Services is not liable for:
- Loss of access to the seed phrase due to a forgotten password
- Loss, theft or destruction of the generated QR Code
- Damage caused by use on a compromised device (root, malware)
- Financial losses related to cryptocurrencies
7. Intellectual property
The source code, design and CryptoSeed brand are the property of S2 Tech Services LTDA. Any unauthorised reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
8. Modifications
S2 Tech Services reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated through the app or by email (where applicable). Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the user's place of residence are elected to settle any disputes.
